The location is fantastic. I can easily reach public transportation and it takes me anywhere in the city, from the castle tram stop to Kumamoto Station. The hotel is located in the middle of the shopping district. The staff is attentive and very helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed.

it's close to the river and right in the downtown area near a tram stop. It's also not far from a shopping center. the room and bathroom were clean, but on the smaller side. the staff were nice and trying to be helpful despite their limited English.

The breakfast was not included and not many options were close by.

The hotel had a great location close to shops and restaurants, which made it very convenient for us during the Christmas holiday. The room was also kept very clean, which was a huge advantage for us. Another plus point was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which we were able to use to stay connected to our family back home.

The room was quite small and made it difficult for us to move around comfortably. the parking situation was rather inconvenient, with no allotted parking spaces at the hotel.

Great location near many restaurants, and just a short walk to the river and the castle. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and the room was perfectly clean and tidy. the amenities in the room were well-suited for the price, with a fridge and good quality coffee available. Being able to make cold brew in the room was an added bonus.

Parking was very difficult with no nearby options available. this was offset by the location being so central and close to many attractions.
